Lessons
Individual 45 minute lessons are the optimum for learning the Technique. We offer individual lessons Monday to Thursday, usually between 13:00 and 21:00. The cost per lesson £35 payable at the time.
Regular Workshops
We will continue to run our regular Saturday morning workshops on the first Saturday of the month. These workshops are small and informal and participants have usually attended a course of have had a number of individual lessons.
The cost for these regular workshops is £20 payable at the time and they are held between 10:00am and 12:30pm.
Courses and Taster Workshops
Regular taster workshops will continue at Chelmsford Alexander Studio. See local press for details. 5 week introductory courses and taster workshops will also be held in Kelvedon.
