EACAT East Anglia Centre for Alexander Technique
East Anglia Centre for Alexander Technique (EACAT) is a small, friendly training school, of no more than ten students. Course numbers are limited so that progress can be monitored closely, giving students a nurturing space in which to develop.
We are accredited by ATE (Alexander Technique Education), an international professional society, whose aim is to adhere to, and promote the original teaching method of Frederick Matthias Alexander.
EACAT is situated approx. thirty miles from central London in Chelmsford, County town of Essex, in a beautiful historic building, convenient for the town centre and its many facilities.
EACAT offers a three-year professional training for teachers of the Alexander Technique, as well as short courses and workshops at all levels. We welcome visitors!
To find out more, contact Sandra Waller, Director of EACAT, by email sandra@chelmsfordalexander.co.uk or phone 01245 608268/268764.
